Vacation Bible School is

On The Move with God’s Grace

from Place to Place.

VBS will begin after worship June 21 and continue in the evenings from 5:30 to 8pm Monday June 22 through Thursday June 25. On Sunday, we will have a light brunch; dinner will be provided during the week at 5:30. Thursday we will end with an ice cream social for the whole congregation at 7:30!

VBS will be intergenerational this summer! Children age 3 to grade 4 are welcome each day. On Sunday and Thursday members of the congregation are also invited to learn about and discuss social justice issues.

We will learn Bible stories, sing songs, and discuss social justice. Are you interested in being a part of vacation Bible school? There’s room on the bus for everyone! Adult or youth helpers are welcome – we are looking for eight volunteers to help all week or whenever possible. Children or adults can register to attend VBS—- your 2009 VBS registration form can be found on the next page. (to print from on-line, go to PRINT, type in the page number, then click print). Paper forms will be available in the office and Narthex or by contacting Susan Bush or Liane Kosaki. As a reminder, the nursery will be open during VBS for children of both volunteers and students.

Please submit your registration form to the church office by Friday, June 12, 2009.
