We have three classes running during 9th Hour, one for kids, one for youth, and one for adults. All are welcome.
9th Hour Kids
All kids ages 3 to 5th grade gather during this time for music and education. This program includes time for music, story, and a craft or game. In September we’ll be using a new material, “Grace & Gratitude: Growing with God.”
Youth Sunday School
All youth 6th-12th grade are invited to the Youth Suite on Sunday mornings for food, conversation, and Bible study. We will check in with one another and pose and ponder a variety of questions about faith, current events, and life in general.
Our 9th Hour adult education programs vary through the year. In the 2016-2017 program year we held classes on how to be an effective advocate, a book study of Unbroken, and a class about the changing definition of marriage in our church and society, among others. In the fall of 2015, we offered a class on our congregation’s history as we celebrated our centennial celebration, and followed that class with one on death, dying, legacies, and wills.
